College Fondation Sina Gerard (CFSG) was founded by Dr. SINA Gerard in 2007 with the goal of promoting education in the community where he was born. At the time, he opened the new doors of the nursery school for approximately 32 children aged 3 to 5 years. The following year, he established a tuition-free primary school to teach basic literacy and numeracy. In 2014, CFSG was licensed and accredited by the Workforce Development Authority, while also establishing a vibrant Rwandan private secondary school offering ordinary level studies (senior one through senior three) and an advanced technical school in Animal Health and Agriculture. By then, the school had grown to over 780 students and 35 teaching staff members. As of 2017, he added another brisk trade, Food Processing, in which students gain hands-on experience from SINA Gerard/Ese URIBUTSO Company's agro-processing industries. One year later, he also established the Vocational Training Centre, which was designed to provide technical skills such as carpentry, masonry, and automobile technology in one year or less, culminating with job readiness.

I rose from a humble background of subsistence farming to prominent entrepreneurship activities centered on agriculture and the food-processing industry. My products, such as Akabanga, Agashya, Akarusho, and Akarabo, became household names in Rwanda as a result of knowledge gained through experiential learning and hands-on experience. Whether you're rich or poor, a child or an adult, our diverse community fosters intellectual rigor through our manufacturing industries, farm yards, animal keeping, laboratories, and many others. We have an engaged and motivated workforce eager to shape the minds of Rwanda's next successful entrepreneurs and build on the foundations of the country's existing economy.
