College Fondation Sina Gerard is a private school located in Rulindo District, close to the Nyirangarama headquarters. It was founded by Dr. SINA Gerard in 2007 with the goal of promoting education in the community where he was born. He established nursery and primary school, which later expanded to include secondary school and VTC for short courses. This school was equipped with motivated and engaged teaching staff in order to impart intellectual knowledge among young students eager to build on the country's existing economy's foundations. More than 2000 students have enrolled so far, and more research centers are being built to help students gain hands-on experience, as well as playing fields to facilitate talent development.
